• We reserve the right to cancel any order if the product becomes unavailable, the payment is not verified, or due to incorrect pricing.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) within Bangladesh.

• bKash, Nagad, and other approved digital payment methods.

• Bank Transfer for bulk or wholesale orders.

5. Delivery Policy

• Orders within Dhaka City are usually delivered within 1–3 working days.

• Orders outside Dhaka are delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on location.

• Delivery charges vary by region and will be shown at checkout.

• We partner with reliable courier services across Bangladesh.

• Customers must provide accurate delivery details. Daraz Store BD is not responsible for delays caused by wrong addresses or unavailability of the recipient.

    Return & Refund Policy

• Customers may return products within 3 days of delivery if they receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

• Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after inspection.

   Cancellations

• You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting our customer support.

• Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

• Daraz Store BD reserves the right to cancel any order and refund the full payment if required.
